Our Complimentary Initial Consultation is the
most important part
of customizing our care services for your pet. The consultation includes a 20 minute interview, designed to meet your pets, gather important information and address each pet’s special needs.

Once we are both satisfied that our services are right for your pet, we will review and sign a Professional Service Agreement.

Are you Licensed, Insured and Bonded?
|
|
We are licensed, bonded, insured and all of our employees are cleared by an extensive background check before being hired.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
|
|
Cancellations within 24 hours of service will result in 50% surcharge. Cancellations on day of service will result in a full charge for that visit. No refund is given for early return from vacation. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for overnight visits.

What are your Holiday rates?
|
|
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Veteran’s Day, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day incur an additional $10 per visit / $20 for overnight. All holiday bookings require a 50% deposit.
